The goal of Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes is to provide Churches of Christ with effective, year-round leadership training tools that can be adapted to individual congregational needs.  Our youth are encouraged to become more involved in the congregation through our year-round events (bible reading, bulletin board, speech, song leading/songs of praise and puppets). Once a year, we travel to the L2L convention at Louisville Kentucky for two uplifting days of watching our young people demonstrate their talents using the Word of God. Here at the Westchester Church of Christ, our goal is to use the program as a tool to develop leadership potential and prepare our youth for service in the Kingdom of God. We currently offer L2L classes for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade on Sunday mornings and meet bi-weekly on Sunday afternoons following worship.

This picture represents our current Lads 2 Leaders/Leaderettes team and we are very proud of their determination and willingness to take on this responsibility of becoming disciple’s and leaders in spreading the Gospel of Christ.
